Application Process: Fill out our online application form to share your qualifications, teaching experience (if any), and motivation for joining Roots. You'll also have the opportunity to outline your teaching philosophy and approach.
Preparing Your Introductory Video: Once you complete the application, we'll send you a lesson topic related to your area of expertise. This is your chance to shine! Record a short video explaining the lesson in an engaging and informative way. Don't worry, we'll provide guidance and resources to help you create a polished and effective introduction.
By completing these steps, you'll be well on your way to becoming a valued member of the Roots Muslim School teaching community!

Lesson Plan & Delivery: Develop engaging and well-structured lesson plans based on the provided curriculum and student needs. Use interactive tools and techniques to keep the online learning environment stimulating and effective.
Communication & Availability: Maintain clear and consistent communication with students and Roots staff. Respond promptly to inquiries and participate in collaborative discussions as needed. Be available to conduct live sessions according to your agreed-upon schedule.
Professionalism & Growth: Uphold high standards of professionalism in all interactions. Embrace opportunities for professional development through our resources and training programs.
Community Spirit: Contribute to the positive and supportive learning environment by actively participating in the Roots Muslim School teacher community.
